A Message from the Teacher
This will be the last Patterson Post for this school year. It has been a pleasure working with you and your children. Have a safe and relaxing summer!

Thank you to Alexis and Britton. They were our Honorable Knights and great helpers last week.
Happy Birthday to Wade, Collin, Britton, Drew, Abbey, and Cody. They will celebrate during the summer. If they would like to send in a birthday treat just send me a note letting me know when. The last day of school would not be a good choice.
Upcoming Assignments
and Tests
Language: We will be working on All About Me books.
Math: Please study the multiplication facts 0-10 at home. The better your child knows his/her facts the easier new math concepts will be.
Science/Health: We will continue to learn about ecosystems.
Social Studies: The children will be learning about the Oregon Trail.
Special Events
Third Grade Field Day will be Tuesday, June 6th. The rain date is Wednesday, June 7th. Don’t forget sunscreen!
Thursday, June 8th will be the end-of-year picnic. Each child needs to send in a $1.50. Thank you.
We will walk to the Fillin’ Station on the last day of school. The students will use their money in the math tool kits to buy an ice cream cone. The remaining change will be sent home.
