If your child is entering kindergarten, 7th or 12th grade in the fall, they are due for vaccines. You can call Hancock Public Health at 419-424-7441 to schedule an appointment. The health department will also be at Opening Knight on August 23 from 3 PM to 7 PM to provide needed vaccinations prior to the start of school. If choosing to not vaccinate your child, please contact your building principal to complete a required form.
